Returns & Refunds Policy

Our goal at D-Mart E-Commerce is to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 2 (two) days from the date of purchase for a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in its original condition, unopened, and undamaged. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at emarttwu@emarttwu.com to obtain a return authorization number. We will provide you with instructions for returning the item.

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy requirements. If the item meets our policy, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment, minus any applicable shipping charges.

In the case of a manufacturing defect or damage in shipping, please contact our customer service team within 2 (two) days from the date of purchase for a replacement or refund. We will require photos of the defect or damage and may require the item to be returned to us for inspection.
